Buster Crabbe Pools, Inc. has been providing only
the highest quality products, services, and in-ground vinyl liner
pools since 1984. The company was started by two brothers who
had little more than a shovel and a desire to succeed when they
started. They believed hard work, honesty, and integrity were
the only way to do business. Their vision was to do business
in a manner that created relationships with their customers, not
just completing a job for them. They did what was right for their
customers, no matter what. They believed that word of mouth was
their best advertisement and this still holds true today.
It was a slow start from the beginning, and they
only built a few pools each year. They began working out of small
warehouse building in Springfield. They worked on a personal
level and stuck to their core values, and as a result their business
grew steadily. They went out of their way to ensure each an every
customer received the attention they deserved. Eventually, as their
business grew, they grew out of the small warehouse and moved to a
larger location in Nixa that would allow for more expansion.
In just a few short years they became a single
source for all vinyl in-ground pool needs. As the business began to
grow so did their customer base and their needs. Spas and
saunas were added to the product line as well as important upgrades
for existing pools. Buster Crabbe Pools now offers a wide array of
products and value added features to meet almost anyone’s needs.
The swimming pool industry has had some dramatic
changes over the last few decades, but little has changed in the way
we conduct business. Today we still strongly believe that the way we
conduct our business should be a direct reflection of how it was
conducted twenty years ago. Regardless of what happens within the
pool and spa industry in the future we will always remember that
hard work, honesty and integrity are what has made our business what
it is today and what it will be in the future.
